Where a grand-total row's values and its label go, computed once and shared by all three writers so they cannot lay the row out differently.

ReportResult.totals is keyed by column key and holds ONLY the aggregate columns — computed in SQL by the executor and passed through untouched (an export never re-aggregates money in JS). The label takes the first column that has no total; when every column has one there is nowhere to put it and labelIndex is -1.
