Interface: InsightsServices

The services surface: metadata projections, the read-only query engine, saved-report CRUD, read-only dashboard tile execution, export, optional natural-language drafting, and the underlying repositories. Every property was added ADDITIVELY across the stack; askService is the only optional one, because it exists solely when the consumer wires a drafter.
