Interface: ModelDbIssue

Boot-time (and integration-test) probe that a reporting model matches the live database: every subject relation exists (table, view, OR materialized view), every bound column exists, and the tenant column exists on the relation. Physical bindings are checked here — never against the derived metadata, which has no physical names.

Columns are read from pg_attribute (not information_schema.columns) so MATERIALIZED VIEWS — the documented heavy-aggregation optimization path — are covered uniformly with tables and plain views.
