Optional lifecycle hooks that fire after significant reads.

onAskDrafted()?

Fires once per AskService.draft call — after the bounded retry, if there
was one — whether or not drafting succeeded. Declared here so a consumer
configures ONE hooks object; AskHooks is the narrower shape the Ask
service depends on, and this interface is structurally assignable to it.
