Identity and temporal frame for one Ask call. Server-derived, exactly like RunReportContext — never part of a client-supplied input schema, so a caller cannot draft against another tenant's model or shift the date frame.

IANA zone the drafted definition WILL carry — authoritative, not a hint: the drafted timezone is pinned to it. Defaults to UTC.

YYYY-MM-DD override for "today". Tests and replay pin it; production leaves it out and the service derives it from the clock in timezone.
