PDF mime type / extension, split out of pdf-template.ts on purpose.

pdf-template.ts statically imports @the-kaizen-labs/taproot/reports, which pulls in React-PDF (and the DOCX compiler) at module load. Keeping the two constants here lets ExportService know about the PDF format without dragging that graph into every consumer of insights/server — the template itself is import()ed only when a PDF export actually runs.
