Canonical persistent shape of a form-step transition. Mirrors the form_step_transitions row exactly — every column is present, with nullable columns surfaced as T | null. Use this DTO whenever you're working with a row read from the DB or about to be written to it.

Note: this shape deliberately does not include conditionLogic. The rule's condition logic lives on rule_versions.condition_logic and is joined in at render time — see resolvedFormStepTransitionSchema.
