Validates a form schema's optional plain-text description. Trimmed before length checks, capped at 2000 characters, and nullish so callers can omit (no value) or pass null (explicit clear). Exposed standalone for consumers that store form descriptions in their own column; taproot's FormSchemas table does not currently carry one.
