Persisted value of a drawn signature field. The signer's captured image is uploaded via the consumer's file store (like a file field) and referenced by fileId. Typed/adopted signatures use a different value shape ({ signerName, fontFamily, adopted }) validated in build-zod-schema.

signedAt is an optional ISO timestamp that taproot never sets itself — it's populated by the consumer's submission flow (recommended: server-stamp at submit for an authoritative time). It's optional on both signature value shapes so a consumer that doesn't capture a timestamp is still valid.
