Persisted value of a date field. Mirrors UDS DatePicker's native per-mode shape: a bare ISO string in single mode, { from, to } in range mode. When "Show time" is on the ISO strings carry a time component (YYYY-MM-DDTHH:mm); otherwise they are date-only (YYYY-MM-DD).
