Trusted cart-access context supplied by the consumer's authenticated boundary. Organization scope is always enforced. Supplying customerId additionally enforces exact owner matching; privileged staff callers may omit it after performing their own authorization. orderCustomerId is the trusted effective identity used for pricing and order creation (for example, after a guest signs in); omitting it preserves the cart's stored customer.
