Resolve one column's exported cell text for a row, reusing the same pure
formatters the table renders with — so an export never drifts from what's on
screen. JSX-only formats (badge, shortcode, avatar, fullName, currencyRange)
resolve to their text equivalent. A column with a custom render has no text
value, so provide column.exportValue for those; otherwise it falls back to
String(value). Empty values export blank (not the table's emptyValue
placeholder) — a CSV cell is data, not display.
