Default scope mapping for the bookings pricing domain — the scope types an org's pricing rules may target. Consumer extensions come through two seams:

• BookingFeatureDeps.pricing.scopeMapping adds/overrides the context-path WIRING (section-rooted entries merged over these defaults, exactly like deps.policyRules.scopeMapping in §8.1);
• the pinned policy bag's pricingScopes is a per-type scope-key SELECTOR over the merged mapping (see quoteBooking).

Expressed in section-rooted form (paths rooted at one line item, without the line_items.*. prefix) and built via buildEngineScopeMapping so the engine's flat Record<scope_type, fullPath> form is derived from it.
