Construct an S3Client from resolved S3StorageConfig.

• In production against real S3, omit credentials so the AWS SDK resolves them from the default provider chain (ECS task role / EC2 instance profile / env vars). No static keys ship in code.
• For local development, set endpoint (e.g. http://localhost:9000) and credentials (minioadmin / minioadmin) to talk to MinIO. forcePathStyle is required for MinIO and is defaulted on when an endpoint is set.

requestChecksumCalculation: "WHEN_REQUIRED" opts out of AWS SDK v3's default CRC32 checksum headers, which MinIO rejects with 501 Not Implemented.
