Interface: PricingMatrixUnreadableCell

A cell whose stored rule config couldn't be read, so it can't be expressed as a PricingMatrixCell (its amount and unit are genuinely unknown).

Reported separately rather than just omitted, because omitting it alone would render as UNPRICED — and that reads as "nothing here, safe to ignore" when the truth is the opposite. Rule matching hard-parses the same config (shared/rules/engine.ts, and getBasePrices in the pricing repository), so such a row makes evaluation THROW while the grid looked merely empty. The grid flags these instead, which is also what repairs them: re-pricing the cell appends a well-formed version.
