A single tier x schedule cell in the pricing matrix (PLA-136). Backed by one matrix-managed Rules row (base phase, exactly one BASE_PRICE action). isFree is derived (amountCents === 0) — never stored, since the matrix doesn't have a separate "free" concept from "priced at zero."

The cell's second (duration) axis when it has one — unit: "person" with per: "hour" is "Per attendee per hour" (PLA-233 #2). Absent for the single-axis cells every pre-PLA-233 write produced.

Read here, not only written by setCellPrice, because a write-only field is a data-loss trap: the dialog reads a cell to prefill itself and writes the whole cell back, so an unread per would be silently dropped on the next save.
