Register the ambient Prisma client and its sentinel namespace for taproot to resolve against. Sentinels are required at registration time so that misconfig fails loudly at app startup (compile-time, via the type signature) rather than at the first write to a nullable Json? column.

In practice you'll use initPrismaClient instead, which constructs and registers in one call.
