Prisma unique-constraint violation (P2002) on an (organization_id, idempotency_key) unique SPECIFICALLY, detected structurally across the same reporting shapes uniqueViolationNames understands (Prisma field name idempotencyKey, DB column/constraint spellings containing idempotency_key, or an index name shortened to idempot_key). The spellings are table-agnostic.
