Max interactive detail page size; larger requests are clamped, not rejected.

This matches MAX_RESULT_ROWS so the builder's scrolling window is real end to end: a run routed through taproot's own QueryService returns the whole 500-row window rather than a short page the grid has to apologise for. It is the INTERACTIVE cap only — exports page at EXPORT_CHUNK_SIZE.
