A cell for a writer that supports typed values (XLSX). Money stays text
on purpose: turning minor units into a major-unit JS number means dividing by
10 ** scale, and 1234.56 has no exact binary representation. Numbers and
booleans keep their native type so spreadsheet math and filters work.
