The consumer-supplied pricing adapter (proposal §Pricing injection): a
3-step pipeline (build EvaluatePricingContext from the cart items → run
the pricing engine → toPricedCart(calc, classify)) reduced to one port —
cart → PricedCart. Taproot owns neither the consumer catalog nor the
classify policy, so this cannot live in the library. The stage-8 factory
threads the consumer's adapter through here.
