Additional canonical spellings. Terms match case-insensitively at identifier boundaries and render exactly as written.

ID is built in. Entries must be non-empty ASCII alphanumeric terms (^[A-Za-z0-9]+$). Internal mixed casing such as iPhone and GraphQL is allowed; Unicode, punctuation, and separators are not.
