Zod schemas + inferred types for the lifecycle engine's owned rows and the inputs to its public API. Pure/isomorphic — shared by the client (typing) and the server (validation) lanes.

The persisted rows mirror the LifecycleTransition / LifecycleEffect Prisma models in src/prisma/taproot.prisma. They reuse the taproot audit convention (createdBy/updatedBy/createdAt/updatedAt, plus soft-delete columns where applicable).
