Enqueue one manual delivery through the same retried worker path as recurring fires. BullMQ custom ids cannot contain :, so the tenant, schedule, and caller request id are hashed into one stable id. Reusing a request id is deduplicated for as long as the retained job exists (7 days after success, 30 days after terminal failure under the default queue policy).
