Built-in provider for cash / check / gift card / account balance and other
manual tenders (proposal §The PaymentProvider port). supportsAuthorization
is false and there is no external call: capture and refund record one
synchronous success CanonicalTxn with the deterministic dedupe key
manual:{paymentId}:{kind}:{opIdempotencyKey}. Every tender flows through
the same PaymentProvider abstraction — the manual "provider object" is the
tender itself (providerPaymentId = paymentId), trivially satisfying the
correlation rule.
