Fail fast if the consumer's Prisma client lacks the models this package needs!

We probe via property access (not the in operator) because some test harnesses wrap Prisma in a Proxy({}, { get }) that lazily forwards to a per-test transaction client (e.g. vitest-environment-prisma-tx). Such proxies don't trap has, so "bookings" in proxy always returns false even when the underlying client has the model. Reading the property goes through get, which works for both real clients and these proxies.
