Isomorphic core of the access (RBAC + ABAC) module — @the-kaizen-labs/taproot/access/shared.

Exposes the type vocabulary, Zod schemas, the registry helpers, and the pure, deny-by-default evaluation kernel. Reuses the rules engine's public surface (evaluateCondition / ConditionLogicNode) for ABAC. The access walker keeps invalid evaluations distinct from negatable false predicates.
